Awesome Fruity Yogurt Smoothie!

Prep Time: 5 min Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Smucker’s® Squeeze™ Strawberry Reduced Sugar Fruit Spread
  • OR Smucker’s® Concord Grape Jelly
  • 1/4 cup milk
  1. PLACE yogurt, fruit spread, jelly and milk in blender container; process until well combined.

was going to do a book review, but the end of the book was REALLY bad. so I did a old sci fi movie review instead. :)

hehe,
there was this old disco song where they yelled, freak out! always cracks me up. so when i get ready to watch a cool sci fi movie with dad, i say lets geek out!! yeah he rolls his eyes, just like you’re doing now. that’s so odd. :P

yeps, i am back and watching old sci fi movies. so i thought i’d do a review for you guys and maybe it will be one you have not seen yet. this one is one for everyone, it’s way old but they made better sci fi movies back in the old days. no Keanu after all. hehe.

okay the name of the movie is:
