    HUGS!
Thanks Susie for such a great show and such a great topic. Been wanting to write a response to it, just have to watch how I word it all. This is a extremely important subject, and I really agree with all you said. Parents send us to school to learn, and gain knowledge about the world around us. Then when we finally form our opinions and wish to share our views, we should have the right to do so. We too have concerns, fears and issues with the way the world is today, and we have a ton of questions. But we also have hopes and dreams of a better tomorrow.
Don’t turn us away or shut us out of you minds just because we are young. listen to us and help us grow.

    Thanks again,

    Darcy

I’m usually 100% in line with you, but I think you have to keep the kids voice/opinion/speech in a certain context. Putting too much weight on it can be as harmful as putting too little. I’ve seen some parents that give their kids too much say in things, and it doesn’t help.
