In this episode, we review a card-based game Amanda got for her birthday, Incan Gold. I recommend it for kids – it is quick, easy, and you can work on their simple math skills without them complaining much! Next, I review the Science Channel show Meteorite Men, which I recommend for hardcore rock hounds and meteorite buffs. Finally, Wyatt calls in with a discussion of motion control platforms in gaming, a commentary on Army Men, and a comment on Bioshock.

late Happy Birthday to Amanda on turning 10, and I’ll have to look out for Metorite Men on Science Channel, sounds like Pickers on Discovery, if you take away the metal detectors and such

Thank you for the great review of our show! We really appreciate it and we sent out a Tweet about your site to our followers.
“Meteorite Men” has been picked up for a second season and we’ll be back on the air with all-new episodes later this year. In the meantime, Season One repeats continue to air regularly on Science Channel.
Thank you for watching, and best wishes from us.
Respectfully,
Geoff of Meteorite Men

Wow, thanks Geoff! I look forward to watching more episodes! And folks, the Meteorite Men were interviewed on Slice of SciFi – go check it out. They are super-nice and Geoff is a big sci-fi fan!

I never play this game and I think I will try it first and give my opinion later, but I curious to play this game after I read your reviews.
